Who we are

Sustainability · Innovation · Global Reach · Quality

Madesa Tech is a research and innovation institute for wood-space and architectural technologies, established under ZIYOU International with operations in Singapore, China, and Barcelona (Spain).

At Madesa Tech, we believe wood is more than a material—it’s a pathway to sustainable living and future-ready design. Founded with a vision to redefine how people build and live, Madesa integrates design, production, construction, and investment into one full-value chain.

Why Choose Us

At Madesa Tech, this academic foundation provides a platform for transforming research into practice. The institute focuses on sustainable design, smart technologies, and low-carbon innovation, bringing together cross-border expertise to support architectural projects and collaborative initiatives.

  • Long-term living in wooden houses has been shown to improve human health and extend lifespan, offering a natural and restorative environment.

  • Modular timber structures cut construction time in half (3–4 months vs. 6–10 months for concrete), reducing cost and accelerating return on investment.

  • A 150mm timber wall provides insulation equivalent to a 610mm brick wall, reducing energy use by 50–70% while offering excellent acoustic comfort.

    • Fire protection: gypsum layers + natural charring effect provide 1–2 hours fire resistance.

    • Seismic resilience: superior strength-to-weight ratio makes timber the best performer in earthquake zones.

  • Unlike steel, timber avoids condensation and corrosion in climates with large temperature differences, maintaining long-term structural balance.

Our mission is simple:

Create smarter, greener, and more human-centered spaces that connect nature, technology, and people.

Business Sites

Madase Tech operates three major production bases in China: the Fujian Factory (Xiamen), the Taizhou Factory (Zhejiang), and the Daxing’anling Factory (Heilongjiang).Supported by international ports such as Xiamen Port, Ningbo Zhoushan Port, and Shanghai Port, as well as key airports including Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, Taizhou Luqiao Airport, and Harbin Taiping International Airport, the company ensures efficient integration of raw material imports, domestic logistics, and global exports. The strategic distribution of these factories covers both the timber-rich forests of Northeast China and the coastal economic hubs of East and Southeast China, creating a complete network of R&D, production, logistics, and customer service.

Factory Location 01
Taizhou, China

The Taizhou Factory serves as Madase Tech’s key base in East China, providing high-quality timber materials and construction solutions to both domestic and international markets.

Factory Location 02
Daxing’anling, China

Located in the resource-rich Daxing’anling region, the Daxing’anling Factory provides a strong foundation for Madase Tech’s timber architecture. Its products range from heavy timber systems and beams to lightweight 2x4 structures, applied in villas, hotels, and large venues.

Factory Location 03
Fujian, China

Established in 2008, the Fujian Factory is one of Madesa’s earliest timber production and supply bases. It specializes in Southern Pine, Spruce, Red Pine panels, and treated timber, while also providing OSB boards, cladding, paints, insulation, waterproofing materials, and roofing tiles.
