Mobile Timber House Prototype
Bringing architecture closer to freedom of mobility.
Madesa Tech is currently developing a mobile timber house prototype, designed to combine the comfort of a bungalow with the flexibility of a caravan. Inspired by the rising demand for compact and sustainable tourism solutions, this prototype redefines modular living on wheels — suitable for both leisure and professional use.
The prototype aims to integrate smart space planning with sustainable timber construction.
Compact form: optimized dimensions to ensure road mobility compliance
Modular interior: bedroom, living, kitchen, and bathroom in a 7m structure
Flexible finishes: customizable cladding and interior materials
Low-maintenance: timber composites designed for intensive outdoor use
This prototype is currently under development and will soon be showcased as a sample unit for testing and evaluation. Its versatility makes it ideal for:
Campsites & resorts
Pop-up hospitality units
Mobile offices or cultural spaces
Seasonal housing in protected areas
The mobile unit wil be produced in Madesa Tech’s facility with lightweight timber frame systems, balancing structural solidity with transport efficiency. Its modular structure allows for off-site fabrication, easy transport, and quick installation, ensuring high precision and reduced construction time.
