Bungalows Prototype Project

Madesa Tech & Càmping La Ballena Alegre Group

From precision manufacturing to coastal leisure living.

Commissioned by Càmping La Ballena Alegre Group, Madesa Tech is delivering a prototype of next-generation timber bungalows designed for sustainable coastal tourism. The project showcases our ability to combine factory-based precision production with on-site installation and assembly, setting a new benchmark for eco-friendly holiday accommodations.

Research & Material Investigation

Before entering the production stage, the Madesa Tech team carried out a comprehensive research phase focusing on factory processes, timber quality, and material performance.

Production Process

Each bungalow is produced in our factory with cross-laminated timber (CLT) and glulam systems, ensuring quality, durability, and low carbon impact. The modular design allows components to be manufactured, inspected, and tested before transport, reducing errors and waste on site.

From Design to Precision Manufacturing

Installation & Assembly

The modular structure enables rapid installation on site, minimizing disruption to the resort environment. Our team coordinates transport, unloading, and assembly to deliver high-quality structures with efficiency and precision.

Fast and Efficient On-Site Assembly
